New Year, New(s) Letter! Welcome to 2023

Dear Community,


I am so glad to be entering this year with you. I know this is just a newsletter, but as the floods come down and the pandemic rages on, and grief and uncertainty about the future move through us, virtual community is more important than ever. It brings us together. It brings us creative connection. And it brings us actionable hope. I know I need that right now, how 'bout you? That's why I do what I do.


To that end: this will be a weekly newsletter for most of 2023! You can join it right here.


I could pretend I'll keep it on the short side, but you probably know by now that this verbose voice is who I am and how I create. So stick around if you're in for the ride! It may occasionally be more frequent for a week or two when a new project or program is launching that I want to make sure you know about, and then return to weekly.


All year, you'll get garden tips, mini-sustainable life design practices, and group and organizational resilience tools, as well as my writings, musings, and the occasional poem. Oh, and some fun (and useful) videos about making gardens, and videos about making sustainable change in life & at work!


You'll also get updates on my Edible Garden Design & Ecological Education Offerings, my Facilitation, Trainings & Sustainable Organization Design Offerings, my Habits & Home Life Design Coaching, and my Online Video Courses.


Basically, you get everything sustainable systems, sustainable stories, and sustainable design for the garden, workplace, home, and beyond.


I've got some exciting opportunities for you to work and play with me (read on to learn more!), and some delicious programs and projects coming up this year. Y'all will be the first to hear about them - and you'll get first access to class and program waitlists when they open!


As always, my work in the world is to help people like you, who are longing for change, to imagine, design, and grow sustainable, thriving worlds - at home, at work, in the garden, and on the land. And to do so joyfully, playfully, honestly, messily, together. I hope this newsletter brings you playful, pragmatic hope, throughout this coming year.
