About Your Writing & Ritual Facilitator


Rachel Economy (she/her) is a poet-performer, facilitator, and ecological garden designer, with a penchant for mixing disciplines and art forms to re-imagine and encounter the world around and within. Through her creative consultancy and freelance work, she helps creative people and progressive organizations match their actions with their values and vision, using group facilitation and design-process coaching, edible garden design and skill-building, and poetry workshops, performances, and public-speaking.

Rachel’s poetry and writing have appeared in Animal: A Beast of a Literary Magazine, Dark Mountain, the Wild Gods anthology from New Rivers Press, Dark Matter Women Witnessing, and elsewhere. Her poetry chapbook, The Origins of Streams, was published by Finishing Line Press in January of 2021, and is available, along with more of Rachel's writing and offerings, at www.racheleconomy.com. Rachel lives part time in Atlanta, part time in the San Francisco Bay Area, with her best friend and partner-in-rhyme, Juniper the Dog.
